Conspiracy Symbology: Does ISIS have a double meaning?

Major media bombards us with the evil doings of a Muslim group called ISIS ( Islamic State of Iraq and ash-Sham). The question of U.S. involvement strikes a political nerve with most Americans, but that is not what my post is about. Specifically, ISIS consists of a bunch of radical Sunni Muslims who wish for a caliphate state of the Middle East. They are taking over Syria and Iraq, claiming that all Muslims around the world fall under their control.  Supposedly, they are even more radical than al-Qaeda. Their leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, has been chosen to reign the ultimate authority.  

Recently they changed their name from ISIS to the Islamic State.  Why?  Is ISIS too obvious a connection to the other Isis?

The first Isis was the Egyptian goddess who was worshiped throughout the Middle East, Greece, and Rome.  She was considered the ideal mother, wife, protector of the dead, and both sister and wife to Osiris. Horus was their son.  Isis was also associated with magic and nature.

Is it a coincidence that a terrorist group has the same acronym as a goddess who is still the central figure to many cults around the world?  

Besides that fact that both ISISs are from the Middle East, there is the worship factor which still goes on today in many cults across the world.  Freemasons are probably the most famous Isis worshipers.  One of their favorite symbols is the triangle because of their Pythagorean worship (yes, the guy who invented the Pythagorean Theory with right triangles).

Freemasons also use Isis in other symbols such as their broken column statue.

If you read The Last Degree, then you know how many people believe the Freemasons are part of the inner circle who plan New World Order.   The Muslim ISIS's new leader also calls for a one world government.  The only difference is that he calls for a caliphate spin on everything.  

Is the name a coincidence, or another play on words/symbols by the shadow elite?  Let me know your thoughts and views.

Introduction

What is Big Pharma?

Big Pharma is a term that refers to the giants of the pharmaceutical industry. Collectively, they made approximately $690 billion in 2012 and are projected to exceed one trillion in 2014.  That’s more than the GDP of Saudi Arabia and Iraq combined. Because of the immense profitability, many question the ethics involved in research, FDA approval, manufacturing, and prescriptions of the pharmaceuticals.  Big Pharma doesn’t just sell pharmaceuticals; they influence the entire healthcare industry.

Who is Big Pharma?

Generally, Big Pharma consists of the biggest drug companies who make more than three billion dollars each year. Of the top eleven giants, six are headquartered in the U.S.  These companies spend multi-millions of dollars each year to lobby Congress for legislation in their favor.  U.S. pharmaceutical companies reportedly have 1,100 lobbyists who make sure they are represented.

Whose political campaigns are funded by Big Pharma?

In 2012 Big Pharma favored the Republicans, but they also hedged their bets by backing the Democrats. About $16.2 million was spent by the top twenty pharmaceutical companies for Democratic and Republican campaign contributions. The top three that donated over one million dollars in campaign funds were Pfizer, Amgen, and Abbott, with Merck a few dollars shy of one million.

Johnson & Johnson: They sell drug-store drugs like Tylenol, Band-Aids, and baby shampoo.

Ethicon, a subsidiary of Johnson and Johnson, makes surgical items.  One of their products, a vaginal mesh implant, is currently under fire.  They have 1800 lawsuits filed against them.

Pfizer: Lipitor (cholesterol problems), Viagra (erectile dysfunction), Celebrex (arthritis), and Lyrica (neuropathic pain) are some of their most advertised.  Despite their huge sales, they claim huge overhead in taxes, advertising, and research and development. Later on I will go more into R&D, as they really aren’t paying for all that is claimed. The tax-payer unwittingly pays for much of their R&D.

Novartis: Gilenya (Multiple Sclerosis) and Diovan (hypertension) are some of their top sellers.

Merck: Singulair for asthma and Zetia for cholesterol are some of their big movers. They also manufacture several vaccines.

Abbott Labs: Klacid (antibiotic), Biaxin (bacterial infections), Luvox (anti-depressant), and Synthroid (thyroid) are some of their many products. 

Big Pharma claims they are in the business of curing and controlling diseases. Their real mission, like all businesses, is to increase profits. Unlike most businesses they do not have to play by the same rules. Their twenty-year patents given out for each of their new drugs give them a monopoly.  This prevents other countries from making cheaper versions. TRIPS (international intellectual property rights organization) legally protects them from others cutting into their profits.

Can they patent plants found in remote places of the world? 

Yes.  They can and they do, especially in the rain forest, through a process called bio-prospecting.  They get away with it by paying indigenous people a stipend for exploration of new plants.  To patent something suggests that it’s an invention.  How are plants grown in the rain forest an invention?  Again, Big Pharma does not have to play by the rules.  They pay for the legislation that enables them to take what they want.

Many of these companies will protect their empires at any and all costs. Lying to Federal Drug Administration, submitting fraudulent data, bribing doctors, omitting side effects, and bullying the supplement industry are some of the ways they play ball. Lastly, some conspiracy theories claim Big Pharma hide cures to terrible diseases to continue steady, gigantic profits.

What is Big-Agri?

This book began with exploring the inner workings of Big-Pharma from a lay-person’s perspective.  My research constantly overlapped another mammoth industry called Big-Agri. 

Big-Agri is short for big agriculture or farming corporations that are taking over the farming industry on a global level.  This kingdom controls many aspects of farming such as crop production through technology and pesticides.  One of their main contributions to the world’s food supply is the controversial use of GMOs or genetically modified organisms.  Later on in this book I will elaborate on GMOs.  GM stands for genetically modified and then there is the term GE for genetically engineered.  These terms basically mean the same thing and will be used interchangeably for the purposes of this book.  GM/GE/GMOs are a growing business of genetically engineered food. 

GMOs have led to other modified things such as glow-in-the dark cats, cabbage with scorpion venom, less flatulent cows, vaccinated bananas, cancer medicine eggs, and mass carbon eating plants.  The possibilities are endless, producing results that make for a great horror/sci-fi movie.  Much of the GMO food has earned the nickname “Franken-food”.

The giant corporations that make up Big-Agri are Dow AgroSciences, DuPont, Monsanto, and Syngenta.  Other corporations that make up the business include machinery (John Deere), ADM (grain transport), and AB Agri (animal feeds, micro-ingredients, and biofuels).  In this book, I will be referring to Big-Agri in strictly crops, food, or pesticides.

Monsanto (largest seed and pesticide manufacturer in the world)

In 2013 fiscal year Monsanto’s net sales were $14,861,000,000.  Net profits were $7,653,000,000.  That’s a gross profit of 51%!  They reported a net income of $2,482,000,000 after research and development and other expenses.  Research and Development costs will later on be more fully explored.  At face value, according to their own site, www.monsanto.com, that’s about 17% profits-not a bad return! 

DuPont, www.dupont.com

         This corporation has its fingers in many pies, including healthcare/Big-Pharma.  For the purpose of this book, DuPont will be placed among the Big-Agri companies.  Some of their biggest selling products are herbicides/insecticides and GMO seeds.  Their agriculture products division had an outstanding 2013-9.9 billion in sales, primarily through their GMO corn seeds.  Seven million acres planted their corn in 2013 compared to two million acres using the seeds in 2012.

       Their main products are herbicides/insecticides and GMO seeds.  Dow-AgroSciences is a subsidiary of Dow-Chemical.  Their gross sales in 2012 was $6,400,000,000.  A little interesting trivia found on their own website shows that Dow AgroSciences was originally called DowElanco and then joined with Dow Chemical and Elanco Plant Sciences.  Why is this important?  Because Elanco Plant Sciences is part of Eli Lilly, one of the Big-Pharma mammoths earlier mentioned.  Big Agri and Big Pharma are constantly overlapping.

       This global corporation’s main products are herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, and GMO seeds including flowers.  In 2012 they grossed 14,202,000,000 in sales with $6,984,000,000 in gross profits.  $2,292,000,000 was left over after operating expenses.  Syngenta is still a young company.          According to their website, they offered to invest one half of a billion dollars in Africa at the 2012 G8 Summit.  Humanitarian or smart business?  Syngenta projects that they will sell 25 billion dollars in sales by 2020.

Throughout this book I will present the facts and cite sources.  Some sources will be hyperlinked and other sources will be mentioned on the bibliography page of the book.  The conspiracy angle is yours to agree or disagree with.  At the very least, you will hopefully have a different perspective on this very important subject.

Conspiracy Theory: The Real Reason Bergdahl Was Traded/Frank Fontaine Stops By

As most of you already know, one of last week's biggest stories involved the AWOL soldier, Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl, getting traded for five of Gitmo's prisoners involved in 911 attack in 2001. Many of his military colleagues, including his roommate, believe he should be court-martialed for desertion.  Many soldiers are resentful towards the administration for having good soldiers risk their lives to look for him.  Some soldiers died as either a direct or indirect result of Bergdahl's desertion. 

Bergdahl supposedly was captured by the Taliban after walking off the base in Afghanistan.  To add fuel to the fire, Bergdahl seemed to have converted to Islam.  His eccentric father thanked Allah, spoke Arabic, and quoted the Qu'ran once his son was traded.  
Most news channels have been covering this story.  Both political parties are upset and confused.  Radio personalities have compared this event to trading "Himmler" and "Mengala" plus three more high-ranking Nazis for some AWOL soldier.  This would have been political suicide back in WWII.  So why isn't Obama getting more flack?  What was the point of this obviously bad trade?
Whether you agree with his politics or not, five bad guys for one bad soldier does not add up.  Conspiracy expert Frank Fontaine emailed me an outstanding reason for this irregular trade.  He believes....(drum roll) that Obama is putting his pride aside and allowing his own party along with the Republicans to criticize away. Deep down this swap is really a smoke screen to get the bad guys out of Gitmo and back in the field, leading us (U.S.) right to the doorstep of their terrorist cells.  How?  Mr. Fontaine believes these five Gitmo prisoners were implanted with GPS.  Sound crazy? Could this even work?
GPS implants for humans are already in place.  They are called PLD or personal location devices.  Verichip, part of Applied Digital Solutions, has already manufactured the chip.  Some people are already trying them out.  The FDA has given them preliminary approval.

The small silicone chips are the size of a grain of rice.  They are inserted in the arm or hip and have to be surgically removed.  Mexico uses the chip to track criminals, but other uses include implanting children to prevent kidnappings, loading the chip with the wearer's medical information in order to save a life, and being scanned for payment on goods and services.   
Could the five Gitmo prisoners been implanted without knowing? Time will tell.  Let me know what you think of Frank's theory.

  

Conspiracy Theory: Sneak Peek at Big Pharma, Big Agri, and Big Conspiracy

Big Pharma’s and Big-Agri’s growing power happens mostly behind the scenes.  For whatever reason, mainstream media leaves these giants alone except in terms of business profit margins.  Before researching the two industries, I knew nothing more than most people-a vague recognition of the terms Big Pharma and Big Agri.   A few magazines articles along with some radio talk show episodes was all it took to ensnare me into obsession. 

As curiosity turned into research, I could not help but speculate that these industries are involved in conspiracy on a global level.  This is a subject that impacts anyone who has ever taken medication, seen a doctor, and/or eaten food.  If you are intrigued about the elite inner circle of these two empires, Big Pharma, Big Agri, and Big Conspiracy is the perfect place to begin your journey that will reveal the proverbial man behind the curtain.  This book is an introduction to history, fact, and conspiracy theory of these growing industries.  A follow-up book is currently being outlined.

There are only three more episodes left on this season of Game of Thrones and fans of the series certainly found themselves twitching this week, since the series paused for Memorial Day. This pause means, of course, that there’s no better time to recap the season, point out the highlights of HBO’s greatest show (available through select TV packages and streaming online) and discuss what the rest of the season hopefully has in store for us.

Now, with Lysa Arryn pushed out the Moon Door by Petyr Baelish, we’re left to wonder mostly about the outcome of Prince Oberyn’s battle with The Mountain, a trial by combat meant prove or disprove Tyrion’s innocence regarding the murder of his nephew King Joffrey, and whether or not anyone will ever actually focus on the impending White Walkers or the Wildling army. So, what can we predict for the future of Game of Thrones, and season five? Not much without giving away the best bits, but there have been some clues as to what we can look forward to.

The Red Viper

Also known as Prince Oberyn. Fans may be wondering why this prince thinks he can take on a man like The Mountain (played by actor, Hafþór Júlíus "Thor" Björnsson, who is 6’9 and the sixth strongest person in the world), but Oberyn’s reputation suggests he’s more than meets the eye. When he was a young boy he used to fight with a poisoned sword, and he’s skilled in the art of combat. He has fought in duels and battles around Westeros, and a significant amount in Essos as well. He’s wiser than most princes, since he’s also traveled throughout the Free Cities and spent time fighting with the Second Sons (who are now in service of Daenerys Targaryen and led by Daario Naharis, if you can recall) before heading on his current path to King’s Landing. Oberyn is a force to be reckoned with, and even if he does perish at the hands of The Mountain, what he also represents is a whole new cast of characters for season five, which leads us to the next point...

Will We See Dorne?

Prince Oberyn’s legion of eight illegitimate daughters are enough on their own: they are referred to as the Sand Snakes, and each are rumored to possess their father’s “viper eyes.” The early descriptions of the daughters in the book are quite fierce, and while not much is known regarding their future roles in the series, they aren’t likely to be happy if their father perishes fighting for a Lannister halfway across the world. Prince Oberyn was also our first physical connection with the kingdom of Dorne, home of Prince Doran Martell, ruler of Dorne, and current location of the rest of the Martell clan. Prince Trystane Martell (the fiance of Princess Myrcella) is rumored to have been casted and aged up to 18. Also on the leaked cast list are mentions of the three oldest Sand Snakes, Obara Sand, Nymeria Sand and Tyene Sand, and it has been confirmed that the show’s producers have scouted locations in Spain to film. All signs point toward significant amounts of time spent in Dorne next season, which means Princess Myrcella may be the latest Lannister to become a key player.

Will Daenerys Make A Move?

No one can argue that logistically, Daenerys’ time spent ruling away from King’s Landing will only better prepare her for possibly taking over Westeros if the time comes. She’s also been doing some very humanitarian inspired work by releasing slaves and “freeing” cities. Granted, she has had to learn the hard way that retribution isn’t always as clean cut as it appears to be. Still, even with her honorable efforts and growing dragons, her plotline has slowed considerably. Long gone are the days where she watches her brother die or walks through fire with her baby dragons. So when the rumor mill begins churning regarding Daario Naharis (now played by Michiel Huisman) and Missandei (Nathalie Emmanuel), both of whom are ever-present at Daenerys’ side, being regular cast members for season five, we can only hope that this means her story will take on a larger scale. Her dragons will get bigger, of course, but there’s also the chance that she’ll rule more than two cities!

More Magic

The one guarantee, at least, is that the sheer amount of magic is increasing with every episode. For non-magic fans, this may not be as exciting, but the mystery behind the Red Woman’s powers, the White Walkers, Daenerys’ dragons, and more, seem to be becoming more prevalent each airing. What makes this interesting is that in general, like in our own world, most of the people in Westeros and surrounding areas don’t truly believe in magical forces. The stories they have heard have become so distant that they are viewed as legends, or remnants of a long ago, lost past, which should provide an interesting pivot when they are finally fully confronted with powers they hardly knew existed... 


Elizabeth, another amazing post!  I love how the HBO people are making scenes out of things that happened in the book that the reader learned through conversations.  And I totally agree-Danyrs got pretty boring!  I love her anyway.  Thanks for stopping by!

Movie Review: Neighbors

Neighbors, starring Seth Rogen and Zach Ephron, is about a young married couple with a baby who have the misfortune of having a loud, wild fraternity move in next door.  At first, the married couple are open to some younger, cooler, fun-loving neighbors who like to bash 24-7, but the constant noise becomes a problem.  Their fragile friendship turns ugly once Rogen is forced into calling the police after another sleepless night.  Zach Ephron retaliates by littering their front yard with empty beer cans and condoms.  At first, Rogen and his family try to move.  A realtor assures them that their property value has plummeted and they can at maximum expect to get half of what they paid for the house.  Faced with this terrible reality, Rogen checks into getting the fraternity kicked out of the college.  This is another dead end but gives him and his wife ideas. They begin to sabotage Ephron and his brothers.  The rest of the movie is pretty much an Ephron vs. Rogen practical joke war.

My Review:
Rogen continues to take on roles as the lovable, pot-smoking Jew boy.  His self-effacing personality plays well off of the perfect Ephron.  At one point he stands next to Ephron shirtless-you got to admire him for putting himself out there.  He does this role exceptionally well and I suspect this is more about who he is rather than the craft of acting.  His wife, played by Rose Byrne, plays a bored housewife with a baby (I can relate) who stands by her man on every count.  I loved Rose in Damages (TV show) and Bridesmaids.  She's so gorgeous, expressive, and good at comedy.   Ephron, always a chiseled god, plays the stereotypical party-er who is about to graduate from college.  The movie portrays fraternities as drug/booze loving men who want to live like real-life Jackasses. His character at one point shifts on a small level from college boy to demented nut job.  He was not too convincing.  Some of the jokes/scenes were very funny and some were very frivolous and predictable.  Like Rogen's last movie, This is the End, the movie doesn't have a clear protagonist and antagonist, just misunderstood characters looking for fun.  Overall, if you are looking for laughs and like movies such as Fast Times at Ridgemont High and Porkies, this is your flick.  Otherwise, wait until it's free on your premium cable channel.  3/5 Stars

Hi, Dina.  Thanks so much for having me back.  Yours is my favorite blog for interviews.  I think the reason most of my health books seem to resonate with readers is because I am offering them real concrete cures for many ailments that doctors and Big Pharma can't cure ( or don't want to).  It's not like I say something like take Vitamin D3 in high doses to cure say asthma and leave it at that. I take the time to explain the facts and the theory from an evolutionary perspective to a bio-mechanical one as to why the therapy should work. I then mention the case studies that show it has worked.  At this point in time, it's a small number due to the newness of the protocols I am promoting and also due to the fact that the things I promote cannot be patented, thus will not be tested by Big Pharma since there is no money there.  Finally, I actually tested everything on myself and reported the effects back to my readers so they know what to expect. (For example mega dosing with Vitamin D3 or melatonin for over a year). I don't think there are many doctors or sceintists willing to do that these days.

My books are definitely outside of current mainstream thinking.  For instance, I recommend that people with chronic conditions take what many doctors think are dangerously high doses of vitamin D3.  The one thing that is different about my books is that I get emails all the time from people who have cured one disease or another with high dose D3. 
For example, I just got an email from Ms. Larson about how she has completely cured her life threatening COPD.  She thought it would kill her.  It took just 11 weeks of taking 80,000 IU of d3 a day. You can see her review at the Amazon booksite for my D3 book. There are many others: a lady with Lupus said it cured her skin conditions, a lady who had Chrone's disease for 50 years + was cured after 7 months-asthma, psoriasis, acne, MS, arthritis, you name it.  Oops, I'm wandering away from the question. In addition to ignoring mainstream conventional thinking, my D3 book relies on evolutionary logic to explain why a treatment will work. You see D3 is not a vitamin, but a hormone your skin makes when the sun hits it that tells you summer is here and then goes ahead and burns energy.  Food is plentiful; be happy. When you don't get the Sunshine signal, your body expects a winter freeze/famine.  It gets you ready to hunker down during the winter and wait out the famine.  You overeat, get depressed, and get ailments that will keep you housebound so you don't wander off into the snow and burn all your energy and starve to death.  I call these syndromes the Human Hibernation Syndrome, the Incomplete Repair Syndrome, and the new one is the Human Antifreeze Syndrome (this one explains sugar in the blood, high blood pressure, and salt craving as a defense that evolution has given us to prevent our tissues from getting frozen damage from our water crystallizing into little daggers and puncturing all our cells.) The bottom line is logic.  Almost all common diseases are just manifestations of the Human Hibernation or Incomplete Repair Syndromes.  These diseases exist because we do not get enough of the sunshine signal vitamin d3, especially since doctors have been telling us to wear sunscreen and avoid the sun since the 1980's.
